This week on the Epics Podcast the epic story doesn’t come from an amazing guest. Instead I am going to share with you my story, giving you a better understanding of your host. I talk about finding my identity though my life with ADHD, why story telling is important to me, what social justice is and the origin stories of Epics.
This was a very difficult episode for me to launch. It was a new solo podcast format that I haven't done before, and forced me into a level of vulnerability that I haven't shared on the podcast to this point. All of that emotion made this episode so hard to edit and produce so when I had extra technical difficulties it was super easy for me to disengage from it. But it's finally here, the episode that I have been putting off. It means so much to me that you are all willing to hear and honor my story and I can't thank you enough for listening and supporting my work!
